Cancellation Policy:
To respect our clients, we enforce a strict cancellation policy:

    • a. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a charge for the full treatment cost.
    • b. Cancellations made 25 to 72 hours before the scheduled appointment may be rescheduled without penalty.
    • c. Cancellations with more than 72 hours’ notice will receive a full refund.

    Deposit Requirement:
    A 20% deposit is required upon booking confirmation for your selected treatment(s). Please note that we cannot hold appointments without this deposit. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to this policy.

    Data Protection:
    We comply with the Data Protection Act and ensure that your personal information is secure. Our website and booking system use encryption to protect your data.

    Appointment Times:
    If you arrive late for your appointment, the treatment time may be shortened but will still be charged at the full price.

    Health Conditions:
    Clients must complete a consultation form and disclose any health conditions, allergies, or recent surgeries that could impact their treatment. We take your privacy seriously and adhere to data protection standards.

    Pregnancy:
    If you are pregnant, please inform us, and we will adjust your treatment to ensure your safety and comfort.

    Age Policy:
    Treatments are available for individuals aged 16 and older. Clients under 16 must be accompanied by an adult throughout the session, and both parties must sign a consent form.

    Treatment Pricing:
    We reserve the right to change treatment prices as needed. The latest pricing information will always be available on our website.
