Cancellation Policy:
To respect both my time and that of my clients, I enforce a clear cancellation policy:
• a. Cancellations, no shows or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a charge for the full treatment cost. A payment request will be sent, and future bookings will not be accepted until the balance is paid.
• b. Cancellations made between 25 and 72 hours before your appointment may be rescheduled once without penalty.
• c. Cancellations with more than 72 hours’ notice will be refunded in full, including the retainer.
• d. If you reschedule more than twice, your appointment will be cancelled and you’ll need to rebook with a new retainer.
Retainer to Secure Your Appointment:
A 20% retainer is required to confirm your booking. This holds your appointment and covers admin and preparation time. Appointments are not held without it. The retainer goes toward the cost of your treatment on the day.
Although this retainer is non-refundable in most cases, I’m happy to refund it in full if you cancel with more than 72 hours’ notice.

Out of Hours Appointments:
Out of hours appointments are available on request and subject to availability.
A £25 surcharge applies for appointments outside standard hours:
(Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 10am – 8pm,
Wednesday: 10am – 3pm,
Saturday: 10am – 6:30pm.)
Sunday and Bank Holiday bookings incur a £40 surcharge.
Data Protection:
I comply with the Data Protection Act and ensure that your personal information is secure. My website and booking system use encryption to protect your data.
Appointment Times:
If you arrive late for your appointment, the treatment time may be shortened but will still be charged at the full price.
Health Conditions:
Clients must complete a consultation form and disclose any health conditions, allergies, or recent surgeries that could impact their treatment. I take your privacy seriously and adhere to data protection standards.
Pregnancy:
If you are pregnant, please inform me, and I will adjust your treatment to ensure your safety and comfort.
Age Policy:
Treatments are available for individuals aged 16 and older. Clients under 16 must be accompanied by an adult throughout the session, and both parties must sign a consent form.
Treatment Pricing:
I reserve the right to change treatment prices as needed. The latest pricing information will always be available on my website.
Treatment:
Clients are expected to thoroughly review all treatment information available on the official website and booking platform prior to their scheduled appointment. This includes a clear understanding of what is included in each service. Any specific requests, preferences, or expectations must be communicated either at the time of booking or during the consultation phase.
Please note that failure to read the information provided does not constitute valid grounds for a refund, rescheduling, or compensation. I cannot accept responsibility for dissatisfaction resulting from a lack of engagement with the treatment descriptions or from unvoiced expectations.
Clients are also required to adhere to all pre-treatment instructions as provided. Non-compliance with these guidelines may impact the efficacy of the treatment and may restrict what can be safely administered during the appointment.
As a qualified and experienced skincare practitioner, I am professionally obligated to act in the best interest of each client’s skin health. If any aspect of a treatment is deemed unsuitable or contraindicated based on an individual’s current skin condition, medical background, or other relevant factors, I reserve the right to modify or exclude that component from the service. All treatment decisions are made with clinical judgement, ensuring both safety and optimal outcomes in accordance with professional standards.
The AmRITISAN facial is a bespoke and highly tailored treatment by design. As the name suggests, it is curated to suit the unique and evolving needs of the client’s skin at the time of the appointment. I will determine the most appropriate approach and techniques to deliver the best possible results. Unless a specific request is made in advance, certain modalities will not be included by default. Where any treatment element may cause mild discomfort, this will be clearly explained beforehand and consent will be obtained. Where suitable, optional enhancements may be suggested, but will only be carried out with full discussion and agreement.
Arrival Policy:
Please do not arrive at the property before your scheduled appointment time unless this has been agreed in advance. As treatments are carried out within a family home and there is no designated waiting area, early arrivals may result in the door being answered by someone else, which can be awkward for both you and the household.
To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone, kindly wait until your exact appointment time before ringing the doorbell or approaching the door. Your understanding and cooperation are sincerely appreciated.
Location and Punctuality:
As stated on the booking site bio, full treatment location details – including public transport options, directions, and free parking – are provided exclusively in the booking confirmation and reminder emails. It is the client’s responsibility to notify me if this information is not received, as clearly indicated both on the website and in the text messages sent.
Failure to read or acknowledge these communications, or to notify me if location details have not been received, does not constitute grounds for complaint, delay, or refund. Should a client arrive late due to not reviewing or obtaining the necessary information, treatment time will be reduced accordingly to maintain the appointment schedule.
Right to Refuse Service:
I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment to any client at my sole and absolute discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where I determine that the client-practitioner relationship is not appropriate, or where concerns regarding safety, comfort, or suitability arise. This right remains effective regardless of any prior appointments, agreements, payments, or communications.
Such decisions are made to maintain a safe, professional, and respectful environment for all parties. While I require a retainer as outlined in the booking terms, I am happy to refund this retainer should I choose to refuse or discontinue service.
Client Safety Policy: New Male Clients:
Under the Equality Act 2010, service providers must not unlawfully discriminate based on protected characteristics, including sex. However, where services are delivered by a lone practitioner from a private residence, proportionate measures may be taken to ensure personal safety, provided there is a legitimate reason for doing so.
As a sole practitioner working from a home based clinic, I have implemented the following policy:
• All first time male clients are required to provide a brief summary of their skincare concerns and treatment goals via email or direct message before an appointment is confirmed.
• This requirement does not apply to male clients referred by an existing client or trusted contact, where the referral serves as a professional endorsement.
This policy is in place to maintain a safe and professional environment. It is not intended to discriminate, but rather to address legitimate safety considerations in a proportionate and respectful manner.

Refund Policy for Products:
• All product sales are final.
• Refunds or exchanges are not offered unless the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
• If a product is faulty, please contact me within 14 days of receipt with details and photos so I can resolve the issue.
• Products must be returned unused and unopened to qualify for a refund or exchange due to fault.
• If you change your mind, refunds are not available, but I’m happy to hold your products for collection or arrange postage at your convenience.
• Delivery costs are non-refundable.
Scalp Massage:
If you choose to add a mini scalp massage, please be aware that oil will be used. This service cannot be performed on individuals with any of the following conditions: fungal, bacterial, or viral scalp infections; severe dandruff; seborrheic dermatitis; inflamed alopecia; scalp psoriasis; scalp eczema; lice; recent use of topical steroids; recent scalp chemical peels; or scalp sunburn.
